I've stayed here before, and it is utterly charming. Located centrally, close to main shopping street, but on a canal. Friendly staff. Can't wait to go back!

This hotel is in a pleasant location by a canal. Mornings were noisy because of construction work on a bridge right outside, but it looked as if it should be completed soon. The decor and furnishings were tired in my compact double room but it was clean. As well as the room being compact the bathroom was tiny - the smallest I've seen anywhere - and I couldn't get my knees under the desk when trying to work. The staff were pleasant and friendly at all times
