Well, I've been in Crowne Plaza Hotels before...This is far from being really a five stars: the bathroom was dirty (I don't want to tell which organic color was onto the seat...); Room's air inside hot and dry; dust everywhere; 45euro only for three days of car parking! (For that price, you must give me an underground covered parking...); Last, they took 35euro/day for the dogs= 105euro for three days (unbelievable...). I've chosen this hotel for the name, position and because they accept animals...but, this went far shorter than my expectations. Will never be there again

The whole place had become tired, so a major improvement programme is underway, set to finish Spring 2012. This should bring the place up to ones expectations of a 5 star. Meantime there are inconveniences - breakfast has to be taken in the lobby bar area, as the restaurant is out of commission. The staff worked very hard to overcome this problem but we were not drawn to paying to have dinner in the lobby, so its a tram or taxi ride into the City or the Beach.
